Richard:
John Paul, my plans for the future - is to go on just as we're going. I, we have, we've been blessed by the ability to do what is really a hobby in a lot of peoples' eyes. We get to make monsters and models in Wellington, New Zealand, in paradise, really. And present them on the world stage. Our gallery is the cinemas of the world and millions, and in the case of Lord of the Rings, billions, of people get to see our work.

So we just hope that we can continue on as we're going and, er, we want to continually improve. We're a highly innovative group of people so we want to keep finding new innovations. We want to keep discovering other young talent in New Zealand that can come and join us and really foster a culture in our company that will generate wonderful work that the world wants to watch and push our craft ever further every year.

I must say that we've obviously been fortunate to win some awards for our work but it's actually not about the award giving and it's not about the award winning. It's about once again going back into the workshop and going back into the work and continuing to try and pursue a higher level of success than the one that you've just achieved and hopefully, in the process, continue to do good work.
