Vita Bryant and Joy Cowley

On 17 May 2006 acclaimed New Zealand writer Joy Cowley and this year’s secondary school winner of the BNZ Katherine Mansfield Writers Award, Vita Bryant, participated in a videoconference with seven schools from around New Zealand. Both guests supported participants with writing tips and inspiration to enable young writers to prepare for taking part in the next round of awards later this year.
