Are chefs in high demand at the moment?

Adam:

World-wide there is a shortage. Someone needs to start making them from somewhere. I don’t know where they are going to get them from. Clone them!

Pauline:

I think New Zealand alone has the most food places, per capita, in the world. I don’t know if it’s just Wellington or New Zealand, so there is always a job. You would never be short of a job. It’s just if you want good jobs you have to work that bit harder.
