Does it help to have a sense of humour?
- Pauline:
I think it helps to have a sense of humour, because you are usually going to be working when everyone else isn’t. If you can get on with people well and you like working in a team, chefing is a great opportunity to not only work with some really amazing people, but you can travel a lot. With a chefing degree or qualification, you can pretty much go any where in the world. If you’ve got the right attitude people will take you on regardless of qualifications, and you can go a long way.
