The food in Antarctica depends very much on where you are. If you are at Scott Base fresh food is bought in during the summer quite regularly, so its just like being at home, pretty well the food is great. If you’re in the field – in the field means that you are living in a tent somewhere remote, you will have the food that you go into the field with. So most of that will be dehy, it’ll be dehydrated food, not tinned food ‘cause it’s too heavy.
