Andy:
Each of your cells has six picograms of DNA and that's (six millionths of a gram? - no) six thousanths millionths of a gram.

Lucy:
Wow.

Andy:
Okay. Now in your body there is somewhere in the region of three trillion cells, so you've got quite a lot of DNA there.

Lucy:
That's a lot.

Andy:
The DNA in a single cell - this is some trivia for you. If you unwind all the DNA in a single cell and line them all up end-to-end it measures more than two metres.

If you take the DNA out of all your cells you have enough DNA to go to the sun and back 90 times.
